GoDelivrr UG, is the company behind www.godelivrr.com. GoDelivrr is a marketplace for general transport.
3 - How to buy
It is simple and straightforward to book a shipment at www.hurtiglevering.com. You simply enter data for the sender and recipient, how much your transport weighs. It is important that you are as accurate as possible, as your shipment order will otherwise be rejected - any order or shipping reference is preferred. It is important that you leave direct information so that we can contact you if we have any questions. Then you choose the service that suits you best. Once you have selected the desired shipping method, click on purchase and go to payment.
Once you have entered all the necessary information, complete the purchase with your desired credit card.
4 - Payment
We accept VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and JBC. All credit card payments are made through a secure and encrypted payment gateway. You can also make payment by bank transfer. Note! By bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme. There is no charge for payment at www.hurtiglevering.com.
The amount is only deducted from your card when your package / pallet is sent to you. An amount greater than what you approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted.
All prices are incl. local VAT and other taxes. Prices are daily prices.
When you shop with www.hurtiglevering.com, agreements are made in Bulgaria.
5 - Shipping Partners
We use a number of local distribution partners, and we will continuously work on adding new partners and services to offer the best solutions to our customers.
When you order your transport through us, it is VERY important that you enter the correct weight. If your package weight is more than what you specified, your shipment will be canceled or stopped without notice.
If you are not sure of your order weight, we recommend that you check before making your reservation.
IMPORTANT Fast Delivery (www.godelivrr.com) is a third-party distribution market or booking site that helps get your goods transported from one place to another. We do not handle the packaging of your goods, we are solely responsible for the shipment. We arrange a connection between you as a customer and a supplier of transport.
When your goods are sent via www.hurtiglevering.com, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your goods are booked with Hurtiglevering. The prices in our calculator only apply to deliveries in accordance with the supplier's standard agreements. GoDelivrr.com will always try to communicate the terms from the local suppliers.

5.1 - We always try to do our best, and so are all our suppliers, but if you receive a damaged package or pallet from our transport, you must do the following:
Contact us, GoDelivrr, via e-mail: email@example.com within 2 working days after receiving the package.
Please include in the email:
- picture of the transport label
- picture of the package before opening (external damage is visible)
- picture of the way the goods are packed
- picture of damaged goods
Do not use the damaged goods
Keep all packaging material until the case is resolved
Do not return the goods until agreed
This is the general procedure for complaint from our suppliers.
5.2 - Complaints and obligations
All transports are performed by Fast Delivery partners and in accordance with CMR law, regardless of whether it is purely domestic transports.
Fast delivery responsibility is to connect with the local shipping partner. Partner responsibility begins when the shipment is picked up for transport or upon delivery at the freight center / terminal. The liability ends when the goods are delivered against receipt at the address specified by the sender - or in the same place without receipt, if this has been agreed separately.
If the sender or recipient participates in loading or unloading, respectively, the responsibility for the goods is taken over only when this is placed on the car or ceases when the unloading begins.
GoDelivrr is not liable for loss or damage if it is due to the sender's fault, ie. in the form of insufficient packaging, incorrect or incomplete address.
GoDelivrr's partner responsibility begins when the shipment is picked up for transport or upon delivery at the freight center / terminal.
The liability ceases when the goods are delivered, the consignee has received the goods without examining its condition in connection with the carrier, and without objecting to the carrier, ie. loss or damage, indicating the general nature of the loss or damage, it shall, unless otherwise proved, be presumed that he has received the goods in the condition specified in the consignment note.
The recipient's receipt of the consignment note without reservation is considered in this context as acceptance that the goods have been received without complaint. Objections must be made at the latest at the time of delivery in case of loss or damage that is visible, and otherwise within 7 days after delivery, Sundays and public holidays not included. The complaint must be in writing.
Compensation for complete or partial loss of the goods is in accordance with the rules of the shipping partner and is calculated according to the value of the goods at the place and time of takeover for transport. However, the compensation must not exceed 8.33 SDR for each kilogram missing gross weight.
SDR means the special drawing rights used by the International Monetary Fund.
I add that our partners are rebellious under the SDR
If it is proven that there is some damage as a result of the delay, GoDelivrr's partner must compensate the damage, but not in addition to the freight amount. Compensation for delayed delivery shall, however, only be paid if the recipient has notified GoDelivrr in writing within 21 days after the day on which the goods have been delivered that they invoke the delay.
The CMR rules can be requested by contacting the freight center.
Claims against GoDelivrrt or the shipping partner become statute-barred after one year in accordance with the rules in the CMR Act.
Excluded from transport are: Live animals and goods which, according to official rules, require a constant temperature.
6 - Delivery
Once you have ordered your shipment, we will make sure that the item is sent to you as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your item will be shipped at a specific time or before a specific date, as our shipment takes over responsibility when the goods are ready from the supplier.
When your item is on its way to the delivery address, you will be contacted by our shipping partner. Please note that you have entered a correct e-mail address and mobile number when booking, otherwise you will not be notified.
If you have chosen delivery to a specific address and are not at home when the package arrives, GoDelivrr's partner will contact you with options to pick up the item in a package store or return delivery. GoDelivrr's partner is responsible for the delivery of your goods, and your goods are insured during the entire transport.
Should it happen that you do not pick up your package at a collection point in time, your package will be sent back to us. If you want it delivered again, go back and buy a new shipment on express delivery.com. The parcel notification is done automatically via our shipping partner system, and it is your own responsibility that you have entered a correct e-mail address and a telephone number. If your package is returned because you have not been notified of the pick-up time. During any shipment, our partner provides tracking of the shipment so that the end user can track the delivery at any time.
www.hurtiglevering.com can currently only be used for shipments to Denmark and Finland. We do not arrange shipments to Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Norway, etc.
7 - Cancellation
You can cancel your ordered shipment until your item is shipped from our warehouse. Once your item has left our warehouse, your purchase of goods can no longer be canceled or undone. There is no 14-day right of withdrawal for this type of product, as it is not a physical item, but a service / shipment.
8 - Complaints
All complaints and problems with your delivery must be directed to GoDelivrr. When you shop at www.hurtiglevering.com, as a private customer, you of course have the right to complain. You can also cancel the purchase by giving a clear notice and handing it in person at the above address by prior arrangement.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect handling of the product or other harmful behavior.

Prices include local 20% VAT.
10 - Security when paying online
fast delivery.com.dk uses an internationally approved payment gateway provided by AnyDay and via SSL encrypted approval of card information and amounts.
11 - Confidentiality
fast delivery.com.dk does not pass on customer information to third parties.
12 - Personal Data Act
When you order freight service from GoDelivrr, we process a number of general personal information about you (name, address, e-mail, telephone number, etc.). Pursuant to the Data Protection Regulation, we are obliged to inform you of the following (hereinafter, GoDelivrr is "data responsible"): As mentioned, we only process general information about you. The processing shall take place in part in accordance with Article 6 (2). 1 of the Data Protection Regulation. 1 (b) because processing of information is necessary for the performance of the above purchase of service. In addition, the processing shall take place in accordance with Article 6 (2). 1. 1, letter f, as the processing is necessary in order to complete your purchase of goods.
GoDelivrr stores your personal information for as long as it is necessary as documentation for the public bodies and legal requirements.
